v0.3 Update

I split game playing state to events for future updates. Added new NPC (Losts). Collect them for gaining more time and Collecting soul from people grants more time too (lesser than Losts). Added effects for collecting soul (Camera Shake, Chromatic Aberration, Slowing time for milliseconds).
